The facility is ideally located on Fig Tree Bay Beach, yet is just minutes from the heart of Protaras within a short walk from shops, banks, restaurants and nightlife. Protaras, the tourist area of Paralimni, is only a 45 minute drive - 47 km - from Larnaca International Airport. Two apartments are available for rent. The third floor apartment provides a northeastern view of Sunrise Beach, while the fourth floor flat has a southwest view of Fig Tree Bay

Each fully furnished, heated and air conditioned apartment sleeps six guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. Weekly maid service includes new linens and bath towels.

Each brand new luxury apartment includes the following:

Living Room with flat screen TV and stereo plus sofabed - sleeps two

Dining Room (4th Floor) or Dining Area (3rd Floor) with seating for six

Two bedrooms. Sleeps a total of six guests with pull out couch in living room

Two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. (4th floor has two showers; 3rd floor has one shower and one bathtub with shower)

Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, 4-ring stove, microwave and washing machine

Outdoor Balcony (Third floor faces northeast with view of Sunrise Beach. Fourth floor faces southwest with view of Fig Tree Bay)
