Linens and bath towels changed weekly. Guests are expected to supply their own beach/pool towels.
Terms 25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, in addition to a EUR 100 security deposit. The security deposit is refundable subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and return of keys. Rates noted above are in Euro and include weekly cleaning/linen service and air conditioning.
