All rates are in Euro.  There is no daily rate for July or August as there is a minimum one week stay during this time.  There is a minimum four night stay all other times.  Please contact us for long term rental rates.

Amenities

TV, stereo and DVD player. 
Assigned parking spot. 
Weekly Maid service. 
Linens and bath towels changed weekly.
Guests are expected to supply their own beach/pool towels.

Terms

25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.  The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, in addition to a EUR 100 security deposit.  The security deposit is refundable subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and return of keys.  

Rates noted above are in Euro and include weekly cleaning/linen service and air conditioning.  Check-in:  15:00;  Check-out:  11:00

For stays of more than 3 weeks and for long term stays over the winter months, please contact us for discount details.
